They don't speak French but if they did, I would have ***blindly*** referred them to Mr. Mahdi Jaffar, whom I see is now Bilingual Source's VP. It caused me to take a trip down memory lane. I hear of professionals internally progressing into higher positions but I cannot think of anyone who is more deserving of this progression / promotion than Mr. Jaffar. Years ago, Mr. Jaffar placed me in a company which started off very well. Unfortunately, my health took a toll due to acute asthma symptoms. As a result, I could not continue with the opportunity. To my surprise, Mr. Jaffar did not see this is a negative; he was empathetic, understood the situation, and even offered his help in re-positioning me in the Toronto market in the future if I ever reconsidered. I did not see this coming, certainly not this level of understanding and empathy coming from a recruitment firm. I mention the above to state that Bilingual Source is indeed an elite recruitment firm filled with top talent assisting candidates. My message is that the team is (in my regard) both lucky and blessed to benefit from Mr. Jaffar's leadership in particular as, based on my experience, he's a proof that leading with understanding and compassion will always bring you good business.
