Bilingual Product Support Specialist, Industrial Equipment (French Required)

Our client, an established international industrial technology company, is growing the team that does this work and is seeking a Bilingual Product Support Specialist, Industrial Equipment (French Required).

What You’ll Do
You will act as a product expert, supporting complex systems through their full lifecycle, from testing and validation to deployment and optimization. You will work with cross-functional teams and play a key role in delivering reliable solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Test, evaluate and validate new equipment and software before release
- Work with engineering teams to adapt products to local market needs
- Support the installation and integration of industrial systems at customer sites
- Develop technical documentation, configuration guides and training materials
- Deliver training sessions to internal teams and customers
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support
- Take part in product rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives
- Travel occasionally for installations, training and project support
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in electronics, mechatronics, computer engineering or a related field
- 3 or more years of experience in product support, engineering or field service
- Strong knowledge of hardware, firmware and networked systems
- Experience with industrial automation or electromechanical equipment is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in French, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
- Willingness to travel as needed
