Title: Parts Specialist (English only)
Introduction
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail oriented Parts Specialist to join their After Sales Service team in Markham, Ontario. This is a full time, in office position that plays an important role in supporting inventory operations, coordinating parts orders, and assisting both internal teams and customers.

The role combines hands on inventory coordination with customer communication and operational support. Compensation Range: $48-52k annually.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will help ensure that parts inventory and service operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will support internal service teams, maintain accurate inventory records, and assist customers with parts inquiries.
Your day will include working with inventory systems, coordinating parts orders, responding to inquiries, and supporting ongoing operational processes that help maintain consistent service standards.
Responsibilities
• Maintain an organized and clean parts department
• Pick and pack parts for service and sales orders
• Receive incoming inventory and ensure proper storage and documentation
• Respond to phone and email inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing
• Assist with ordering parts inventory while following established budget guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels, backorders, and inventory turnover
• Conduct cycle counts and periodic inventory audits to maintain accurate records
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate variances
• Maintain accurate parts models and product information within internal systems
• Communicate with internal departments, service teams, and customers regarding parts needs
• Support other Customer Care and After Sales Service functions when required
Qualifications
• Experience in inventory control, parts coordination, or parts department operations
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for inventory tracking and data analysis
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured operational environment
• Technically curious with a willingness to learn product systems and internal processes
• Professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Experience supporting service or after sales operations is considered an asset
