E-Commerce Coordinator (English Required)
Location: Markham, Ontario (on site)
Introduction
Want to learn an enterprise e-commerce platform from a manager known for great training? Our client, an established distributor of internationally recognized consumer brands in Markham, Ontario, is looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to help run its online stores.
This role requires excellent written and spoken English. Comfort checking French product information is a plus (asset).
What You’ll Do
You will keep the online stores accurate, fast and engaging. You will update product data, merchandise categories and landing pages, test promotions and report on what sells.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the online stores, including platform enhancements
- Validate product information and attributes and keep data consistent and on brand
- Merchandise categories, landing pages and home page content
- Report on assortments and product performance and monitor site analytics
- Support SEO, including search dictionaries
- Test the sites end to end across devices, including links, promotions and discounts
- Build promotions and coupons with marketing and report on campaign revenue
- Work with marketing, planning and customer care
Qualifications
- 2+ years of e-commerce experience with a consumer goods company
- Excellent written and spoken English and a keen eye for accurate product information
- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and HTML is preferred; other platforms with a strong aptitude to learn will be considered
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Ability to analyze data, report findings and manage several deadlines at once
- Solid Excel skills
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
