Base Salary: $60,000 to $61,000 annually
Additional Compensation: Performance-based bonuses and profit sharing
Total Earning Potential: Approximately $70,000 to $76,000 in Year 1, with potential to reach $100,000 annually as you become established.

What You’ll Do
You'll be an important part of a busy inside sales team, helping existing business customers with product inquiries, quotations, orders, and account support.
This is primarily a customer-focused inside sales position rather than an aggressive cold-calling role.
You'll work with an established customer base, develop strong relationships, and help customers find the right products and solutions.
Our client provides hands-on product training, making this an excellent opportunity for someone with transferable sales or customer service experience.
Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries by telephone and email in English and French.

Prepare accurate quotations, pricing information, and sales orders.

Process customer orders and coordinate product availability.

Maintain positive relationships with existing business customers.

Follow up on quotations and identify additional sales opportunities.

Support account development through relationship building and cross-selling.

Perform basic calculations involving measurements, quantities, and product dimensions.

Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent customer service.

Assist customers across different Canadian regions when required.
Qualifications

Fluent English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Previous experience in inside sales, B2B customer service, order processing, or account coordination.

Experience preparing quotations, managing orders, or supporting business customers.

Strong mathematical aptitude and comfort working with measurements, quantities, and pricing.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple customer requests in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working on-site in Mississauga five days per week.

Compensation and Incentives

Annual base salary of $60,000 to $61,000.
