Compensation: $56,000 annually, plus quarterly bonus opportunity.
What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will become a trusted resource for customers by providing professional, friendly, and efficient support. You will assist customers with product information, order management, pricing inquiries, and issue resolution while working with multiple product lines in a collaborative team environment.
Following a comprehensive 4 to 6 week training program, you will transition into a hybrid work schedule that supports both collaboration and flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer calls from wholesale customers and retail inquiries as required.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, replacement parts, returns, and credits.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Navigate multiple systems while managing a high volume of customer interactions.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.
- Collaborate with teammates to support shared goals and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably within a call centre or other high-volume customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated employment stability and commitment to previous employers.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer and system navigation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable spending most of the day supporting customers by phone.
- Ability to successfully complete a Criminal Record Check.
