What You’ll Do
You will oversee a network of clinics across Quebec, leading teams, optimizing operations, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care. This role blends leadership, strategy, and clinical oversight, offering autonomy and the opportunity to influence outcomes across a broad region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support clinic leaders across multiple locations
- Ensure consistent clinical standards and high-quality patient care
- Manage budgets, performance metrics, and operational goals
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management of staff
- Conduct site visits, audits, and compliance reviews
- Collaborate with internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the region
- Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with an active Quebec license
- Bilingual in French and English, strong communication in both languages
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Background in critical care such as ICU or emergency is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with budgeting, staffing, and operational oversight
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region
