Bilingual Product Support Specialist, Industrial Applications (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will act as a product expert, supporting the full lifecycle of complex systems from testing and validation to deployment and optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a key role in delivering high-performance solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
• Test, evaluate, and validate new equipment and software prior to release
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to adapt products for local market needs
• Support installation and integration of industrial systems at customer sites
• Develop technical documentation, configuration guides, and training materials
• Deliver training sessions to internal teams and customers
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support
• Participate in product rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives
• Travel occasionally for installations, training, and project support
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education in electronics, mechatronics, computer engineering, or related field
• 3 or more years of experience in product support, engineering, or field service
• Strong knowledge of hardware, firmware, and networked systems
• Experience with industrial automation, weighing, or labeling systems is an asset
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in French, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Comfortable working both in-office and in the field
• Willingness to travel as needed
