Bilingual Travelling School Assembly Presenter (French/English)
Introduction
Our client is seeking a Bilingual Travelling School Assembly Presenter to join a mission-driven team delivering engaging educational presentations to elementary school students across Ontario, Quebec, and Eastern Canada. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy public speaking, working with young audiences, and travelling extensively while making a positive impact through education and awareness initiatives. This is an existing vacancy with an anticipated start date of July 2026. Compensation range: $45,000 to $55,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package and covered business travel expenses.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will bring interactive educational programs to life for students in both French and English. You will travel throughout assigned regions, deliver engaging presentations, and help create memorable learning experiences for young audiences.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live educational assemblies in French and English
- Travel extensively throughout Ontario, Quebec, and Eastern Canada
- Drive to presentation locations and manage travel logistics
- Set up, operate, and pack presentation and audio visual equipment
- Engage large student audiences in a professional and energetic manner
- Represent our client positively within schools and communities
- Support presentation preparation, rehearsals, content refinement, and related administrative activities during non-travel periods
- Participate in training and professional development activities
Qualifications
- Fluency in both French and English, with strong verbal communication skills in both languages
- Experience in presenting, acting, facilitating educational programs, public speaking, or engaging live audiences
- Comfortable speaking to large groups of children and educators
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to travel extensively, including multi-week travel periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical duties associated with transporting and setting up equipment
- Successful completion of a criminal record check
- Comfort learning and using audio visual equipment, training provided
