Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist (English and French Required)

Compensation: $55,000 to $60,000 annually, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 7%.

What You'll Do
As a Bilingual Inside Sales Specialist, you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience for both English and French speaking customers and partners. You will gain valuable exposure to the complete sales process while working with an experienced team that values collaboration, accuracy, and professional growth.
Responsibilities

Process equipment sales orders from order entry through final delivery.

Prepare accurate quotations in collaboration with the sales team.

Coordinate with manufacturing partners regarding order entry and production schedules.

Monitor production timelines and maintain accurate order tracking.

Maintain customer records and documentation using a CRM system.

Work closely with sales, service, and logistics teams to support timely order fulfillment.

Follow up throughout the sales process to ensure complete and accurate documentation.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other sales support materials.

Participate in regular team meetings and provide project updates.

Provide administrative support and assist with additional projects as required.
Qualifications

Advanced verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a related role.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Experience using CRM software.

Experience working with tenders or bids is considered an asset.

Understanding of the end-to-end sales process is considered an asset.

Mechanical aptitude or previous experience supporting equipment-related industries is considered an asset.
