Bilingual Remarketing Coordinator, French and English Required

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Remarketing Coordinator to join a fast-paced automotive remarketing team supporting vehicle lease maturity and auction operations across Canada. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a high-energy environment, collaborating with dealerships and auction partners, and developing expertise in vehicle appraisal, inventory management, and automotive sales strategy.
This is an existing vacancy with immediate hiring needs.
Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 CAD annually, plus bonus potential.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will become a key contributor to our client’s national remarketing operations. You will work closely with dealers, auction partners, and internal teams to help maximize vehicle values, support smooth lease return processes, and deliver an excellent customer and dealer experience.
This position offers strong exposure to automotive remarketing operations and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle inventory and remarketing activities across Canada
- Coordinate dealer buyouts, vehicle pickups, and auction logistics
- Follow up with dealers regarding inspections and post-sale activities
- Work with auction vendors and dealership partners on daily operational matters
- Review vehicle repair decisions and auction recommendations
- Monitor vehicle aging, inventory timelines, and days-to-sell metrics
- Finalize auction run lists and represent vehicles during auction sales
- Negotiate effectively during high-volume auction events
- Conduct market value appraisals and support pricing decisions
- Maintain sales reports, inventory records, and operational files
- Support private sales platforms to help drive strong conversion results
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Coordinate with multiple internal departments to ensure accurate sales information
- Perform administrative and operational support duties as required
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and French, written and verbal
- Previous experience in automotive leasing, wholesale sales, auctions, or remarketing environments
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service focused role
- Strong understanding of vehicle pricing and automotive market trends
- Experience with vehicle appraisal and high-volume auction sales
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Analytical thinking and sound decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
