What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual Regional Manager, you'll become the primary relationship contact for a portfolio of employer organizations.
You'll combine your relationship management expertise, communication skills, and consultative approach to help employers understand and administer retirement programs effectively.
This is a highly visible position offering independence, professional development, and the opportunity to work directly with diverse stakeholders.
You'll also have opportunities to travel throughout Ontario, deliver educational presentations, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall client experience.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of approximately 80 to 120 employer accounts.

Serve as a trusted advisor, providing proactive guidance and exceptional client service.

Conduct regular meetings with employer representatives, both virtually and in person.

Identify client needs, resolve concerns, and build long-lasting professional relationships.

Maintain strong communication and follow-through across multiple client relationships.
Presentations and Client Education

Deliver engaging presentations, webinars, and educational sessions in English and French.

Explain pension and retirement concepts in a clear, approachable manner.

Help employers understand their responsibilities and available resources.

Provide educational guidance to employees regarding retirement benefits and programs.
Compliance and Client Support

Support employers in understanding pension administration requirements.

Identify potential compliance concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.

Respond to client inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Help employers navigate processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement

Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.

Collaborate with internal departments to resolve challenges and enhance the client experience.

Contribute ideas that improve processes and strengthen employer relationships.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For

Fluent English and French: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages are essential. You must be comfortable delivering presentations and answering questions independently in French and English.

Relationship Management Experience: Approximately 4 or more years of relevant experience managing client accounts, employer relationships, or institutional stakeholders.

Excellent Presentation Skills: Confidence conducting meetings, webinars, educational sessions, and professional presentations.

Strong Organizational Abilities: Proven ability to manage multiple relationships, competing priorities, and deadlines.

Consultative Communication: Excellent listening, questioning, and problem-solving skills.

Professionalism and Accountability: A proactive approach to delivering exceptional service and following through on commitments.

Adaptability: Comfortable working independently, managing changing priorities, and responding to client needs.

Valid Driver's Licence: Required for travel to employer locations throughout Ontario.

Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including occasional overnight stays.
Relevant Industry Experience
Experience in any of the following areas would be considered an asset:

Pension experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Arrangement
This position offers a structured hybrid work arrangement based in Toronto.
When not travelling for business, employees are expected to work from the Toronto office Monday through Thursday, with Friday designated as a work-from-home day.
Travel throughout Ontario is an important component of the role, and occasional overnight stays may be required.
