Regional Director of Operations (Bilingual – French Required)

What You’ll Do
As the Regional Director of Operations, you will take ownership of Ontario operations, leading both day-to-day performance and long-term growth initiatives. You will work closely with leadership to execute expansion plans while ensuring operational excellence across the region.
Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee all regional operations including transportation, sorting, and delivery networks
• Execute growth initiatives including network optimization and expansion of depots
• Manage regional P&L, budgets, and cost control strategies
• Monitor KPIs and take action to improve operational and financial performance
• Build and manage relationships with external delivery partners and internal stakeholders
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supervisors and operational staff
• Support onboarding of new clients and ensure operational readiness
• Drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or delivery operations
• Proven leadership experience managing supervisors or managers
• Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
• Experience in fleet, parcel, or last-mile delivery operations preferred
• Bilingual in French and English (spoken French required)
• Comfortable working in an on-site, hands-on operational environment
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
• Performance-based bonus
