Bilingual Proposals and RFP Specialist (French and English Required) – Montreal or Toronto

This is a permanent, full-time hybrid position based in Toronto, Ontario.
Compensation Range: $75,000 to $95,000 CAD annually.

What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual Proposals and RFP Specialist, you will play a key role in developing compelling proposals, responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), presentations, and other business development materials. Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, you will help position our client for success by delivering high-quality, strategic submissions that showcase expertise and value.
Responsibilities

Lead the coordination, writing, editing, and delivery of proposals, RFP responses, and pitch materials in both French and English.

Collaborate with business development leaders and subject matter experts to understand client objectives and proposal requirements.

Develop persuasive proposal content that clearly communicates value, capabilities, and competitive advantages.

Create polished presentations and supporting materials using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Partner with internal teams to ensure proposal messaging aligns with pricing strategies and overall business objectives.

Track proposal activity, RFP outcomes, and business development metrics.

Follow up on proposal results to identify lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.

Monitor procurement portals and distribute new opportunities and addenda to appropriate stakeholders.

Maintain proposal resources and support CRM updates.

Ensure all proposal and presentation materials meet brand and quality standards.
Qualifications

Fluency in both English and French, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Two to five years of experience preparing proposals, RFP responses, or business development materials within a professional services environment.

Postsecondary education or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and document formatting skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
