Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French and English required)

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support order management and customer coordination in a calm, detail-focused setting. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently, all within a low-volume, non-call centre environment.

Responsibilities
• Process customer orders, including standing, blanket, and manual entries
• Respond to a small number of daily inbound calls related to orders and service inquiries
• Track shipments and provide clear updates on delivery timelines
• Support sales representatives with account and order-related questions
• Collaborate with internal departments such as shipping, quality, and operations
• Maintain accurate records using CRM and ERP systems
• Communicate any service disruptions in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications
• Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, order processing, or a related role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling orders and pricing
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems, Oracle or SAP preferred
• Stable work history with a focus on long-term roles
• Comfortable working in a quiet, structured, and team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt

Benefits
• Salary range: $50,000 to $55,000 annually, plus up to 10% annual bonus
