What You’ll Do

Responsibilities
- Support members with inquiries and service requests in both French and English
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Respond to phone and email communications in a timely manner
- Process orders for online products and services
- Assist with general account and service-related requests
- Maintain accurate records and follow established processes
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English, strong written and verbal communication
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or call center experience, or relevant post-secondary education
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive mindset
