Our client is seeking a Bilingual Marketing Account Manager to join their growing team in Oakville, Ontario. What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual Marketing Account Manager, you will serve as a key point of coordination across client programs, digital marketing initiatives, and internal project teams. You will help ensure campaigns, communications, and operational activities are executed efficiently while supporting client objectives and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple client projects, marketing campaigns, and program initiatives simultaneously
- Support account services activities by maintaining strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Ensure project timelines, deliverables, approvals, and priorities remain on track
- Build, quality check, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation and scheduling
- Support outbound marketing efforts, including nurture campaigns and prospect outreach initiatives
- Assist with website updates, testing, quality assurance, and ongoing maintenance activities
- Coordinate with development and production teams to resolve website and campaign-related issues
- Develop basic wireframes and project support materials using collaborative design tools
- Collect, validate, analyze, and organize campaign performance and website analytics data
- Maintain reporting templates, dashboards, and performance tracking documentation
- Manage project management systems, workflow tools, status reports, and project documentation
- Track budgets, support purchase order creation, assist with invoicing activities, and help ensure financial accuracy
- Coordinate asset collection, file management, and version control across projects and campaigns
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure all deliverables align with project requirements and quality standards
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, media, production, and marketing teams to support successful project execution
- Monitor and respond to program-related emails, voicemail inquiries, and stakeholder communications in both French and English
- Support participant communications, submission reviews, and stakeholder outreach activities
- Coordinate program administration, documentation management, and translation requests
- Provide backup support for operational program processes and workflow requirements
- Assist with event coordination and marketing initiatives as required
- Support internal marketing projects and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client service
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, account coordination, project coordination, client services, or a related environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships with clients and team members
- Proven organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project execution
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative hybrid environment
- Comfortable commuting to Oakville, Ontario for hybrid work requirements
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools
- Familiarity with Figma or related design collaboration tools
- Experience using project management and workflow management platforms
- Exposure to AI-powered productivity, marketing, or reporting tools
- Experience supporting events, stakeholder engagement activities, or marketing programs
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an asset
