What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support daily customer operations by ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will act as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, helping maintain smooth workflows and strong relationships.

Responsibilities
• Manage customer accounts, including order entry, pricing, and delivery coordination
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely fulfillment
• Communicate with clients in both French and English to provide updates and resolve inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams on inventory, shipping, and account-related matters
• Monitor inventory levels and back orders to support proactive planning
• Provide product and system support through phone and email communication
• Assist with cross-selling and upselling based on client needs
• Participate in team meetings and provide coverage for colleagues when needed

Qualifications
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with ERP or CRM systems such as SAP or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and steady environment
• Team-oriented with a dependable and proactive approach
