Introduction

Compensation: $55,000 to $65,000 base salary plus approximately $4,000 to $6,000 in annual commissions.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Work Environment: 100% in-office, Dorval, QC
What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships, supporting inbound sales activity, and driving business growth across a diverse product portfolio. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and leadership while gaining exposure to the full sales cycle and developing valuable leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound sales activities
- Handle customer calls, chats, and order inquiries
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Promote core product offerings and exclusive product lines
- Cross-sell and upsell solutions based on customer needs
- Support order entry, invoicing, and shipment coordination
- Utilize CRM and internal sales systems to manage accounts and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor market activity, pricing trends, and competitive developments
- Support branch initiatives, sales campaigns, and special projects
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment focused on performance and growth
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in French and English, strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Minimum 1 year of leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
- Experience using CRM systems or sales management platforms
- Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and communication skills
