Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (French required)
Location: Dorval, QC
Salary: $55,000 to $60,000 base + $4,000 to $6,000 annual commissions

What You’ll Do
You will play a pivotal role in managing inbound sales interactions, processing orders, supporting customers, and working closely with Outside Sales. Your proactive and detail-oriented nature will help maintain strong client relationships and contribute to growing the business.
Responsibilities
• Manage incoming phone, email, and chat inquiries
• Accurately process customer orders and generate quotes
• Provide friendly, solution-focused service throughout the sales cycle
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to fulfill customer needs
• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships
• Identify upselling opportunities and increase order values
• Conduct outbound calls to support lead generation and client re-engagement
• Record all activity in the CRM system to ensure accurate customer data
Qualifications
• Bilingual French and English, minimum level 9 French required
• Post-secondary degree or diploma
• 2+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Service
• Strong communication skills across all channels
• Comfortable managing high-volume interactions (approx. 50 calls per day)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing tools
• Energetic, organized, and self-motivated
