What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by reconnecting with dormant clients and building new business opportunities. This position offers hands-on experience across the full sales cycle, with strong mentorship, structured onboarding, and clear pathways to advancement.

Responsibilities
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach, including 20 to 40 daily calls to prospects and inactive accounts
• Re-engage dormant clients and convert them into active revenue-generating accounts
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing
• Deliver engaging virtual product presentations tailored to client needs
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools
• Collaborate with field sales teams on larger opportunities
• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and performance metrics
• Promote key products tied to incentive programs

Qualifications
• 1 to 3 years of B2B sales experience in an outbound or hunter-style role
• Proven success managing a full sales cycle
• Experience selling into Quebec markets with strong cultural understanding
• Bilingual in English and French, with confidence communicating in both languages
• Comfortable with high activity levels and performance-driven environments
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce is an asset
• Motivated, resilient, and eager to grow into more senior roles
