What You’ll Do
In this dynamic role, you will balance inbound sales support with proactive business development. You will play a key role in building new relationships, re-engaging past clients, and supporting a wide range of customers with technical product solutions. With strong internal support and training, you will quickly become a trusted partner to your clients while contributing to a growing regional strategy.

Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound prospecting calls to develop new business across Quebec and Eastern Canada
• Identify, qualify, and nurture new sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare, deliver, and follow up on quotes and proposals
• Process orders accurately and ensure timely follow-through
• Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations and sales to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support a variety of clients including industrial, manufacturing, and distribution customers
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications
• Fully bilingual in English and French, strong written and verbal communication required
• Experience in B2B inside sales, customer service, or sales support within industrial, technical, or distribution environments
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and developing new business
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product information
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an asset
