Bilingual Program Coordinator (French and English Required) – PICKERING, ONT.
Introduction
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Program Coordinator to join their growing team in the corporate events and incentive travel industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual professional or recent graduate who is passionate about events, client service, and creating exceptional experiences.
This position supports high-profile corporate meetings, executive retreats, incentive travel programs, and special events while working closely with experienced Program Managers and Account Managers.
Compensation for this role ranges from $45,000 to $50,000 annually. This is an existing vacancy with immediate hiring needs.
What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual Program Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping deliver seamless event and travel experiences for corporate clients. You will gain hands-on exposure to event operations, attendee logistics, bilingual communications, and client support while building valuable experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, multitasking, teamwork, and professional growth within the meetings and events industry.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of corporate meetings, executive retreats, incentive travel programs, annual meetings, and tradeshows
- Communicate professionally with English and French-speaking clients and attendees
- Prepare bilingual event communications and website content
- Coordinate attendee registration, logistics, reporting, and travel documentation
- Manage rooming lists, activity schedules, and event tracking information
- Assist with event materials including name badges, lanyards, and event binders
- Review and cross-reference data to ensure accuracy and organization
- Support post-event reporting, surveys, and evaluation summaries
- Participate in team debriefs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide on-site event support when required
- Collaborate closely with Program Managers and internal project teams
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in French and English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, marketing, or administrative support, or a recent graduate in marketing, communications, hospitality, tourism, or event management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through
- Positive and collaborative team player with a proactive mindset
- Professional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Two professional references required
