Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and day-to-day account support.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and manage contracts, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Verify customer insurance information or assist with enrollment in approved coverage programs.
- Process invoices and collect payments using established procedures.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and internal business systems.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer success, account support, or a related role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform is an asset.
