Compensation Range: base salary 70-90k (slight flexibility)
$80,000 to $110,000 Total Comp annually
Employment Type: Full-time, 12 month contract
Work Model: Hybrid, with three days per week in a Toronto office
What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts and help them achieve stronger fundraising outcomes through strategic planning, relationship management, and growth initiatives.
You will act as a trusted advisor, identify opportunities for expansion, and collaborate with clients to implement strategies that drive measurable results.
Responsibilities

Manage client relationships throughout the customer lifecycle

Develop a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities

Create strategic recommendations that support fundraising and revenue growth

Present business cases and ROI-driven recommendations to decision makers

Identify opportunities to expand services and programs within client accounts

Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and planning sessions

Maintain strong follow-up practices to advance initiatives and opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an exceptional client experience

Track account performance and contribute to overall revenue growth objectives
Qualifications

Fluency in both English and French is required

Experience in customer success, account management, sales, business development, or another revenue-focused role

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Ability to influence decision makers through clear communication and business reasoning

Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities and drive results
