Bilingual Customer Service Representative (12 Months Contract)

Our client is seeking a dependable and organized bilingual professional to join their collaborative customer support team in a full-time 12-month contract position with a strong possibility of permanent full-time conversion. This is an existing vacancy with immediate availability.

Compensation Range: $50,000 to $55,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
What You’ll Do
As part of a small and supportive team, you will help deliver a positive customer experience while supporting day-to-day customer service operations across Canada. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication, timely follow-up, and accurate order processing.

Responsibilities
- Support customers through email, web inquiries, and digital communication channels in both French and English
- Process customer orders, invoicing, and credit card payments accurately and efficiently
- Respond to product and pricing inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate delivery updates and tracking information to customers
- Help resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and follow-up activities
- Work closely with internal departments to support customer needs
- Coordinate with marketing and service teams on customer-related activities
- Assist with administrative and customer support duties as assigned
- Provide dependable support within a collaborative team environment
Qualifications
- Fluency in both French and English, including verbal and written communication
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Ability to multitask and manage follow-up activities effectively
- Professional and customer-focused communication style
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Experience using CRM systems or customer management tools is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education preferred
