Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and French)

What You’ll Do
As the central point of contact for customers, distributors, sales representatives, and internal departments, you will help ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering a high standard of customer service. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will help create a positive customer experience every day.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, quotations, and order changes accurately and efficiently.
- Review orders for completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Enter customer and subsidiary orders into internal systems.
- Process additions, cancellations, and modifications to existing orders.
- Create Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs).
- Release subsidiary orders for shipment.
- Prepare pricing and special quotations.
- Monitor order status reports and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Purchasing to resolve order issues.
- Schedule and expedite orders as required.
- Generate weekly sales reports and other reports as needed.
- Maintain accurate pricing, shipping, and delivery information.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service and order entry experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to prioritize competing responsibilities.
