Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French Required)

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their supportive and collaborative team in Vaughan, Ontario. French language skills are required for this role, and candidates should be comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders in both English and French. Industry experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 annually, plus annual bonus review
Location: Vaughan, Ontario (Fully In-Office)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do
As a key member of a small and supportive team, you will help ensure customers receive timely, professional service while supporting order management and day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and contributing to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries in both English and French
- Provide product information and customer support via email and phone
- Support sales representatives with order placement and follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding order fulfillment and shipping
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Assist with administrative tasks and general office support
- Develop product knowledge to better support customers and internal teams
- Contribute to a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work
- Excellent written communication skills, particularly for email correspondence
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable learning new products, systems, and processes
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- Previous customer service, administrative, retail, hospitality, or office experience is considered an asset
