Bilingual Sales Support Representative (English and French Required)

What You'll Do
As the central point of communication between customers, suppliers, and the sales team, you will help ensure inquiries are answered promptly, quotations are prepared accurately, and customer orders move efficiently through the sales process. You will play an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships while supporting daily sales operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Prepare accurate quotations and follow up with customers.
- Process purchase orders and provide order confirmations.
- Assist customers with pricing, product availability, and order updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing, lead times, and product information.
- Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate product information within the ERP system.
- Update product information and documentation as required.
- Help improve internal processes and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, account coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience working with ERP or CRM systems is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work in a structured environment.
