Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients about product details, pricing, and order updates
• Assist patients with account and product-related inquiries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in internal systems
• Support strategic initiatives and help implement new processes
• Reconcile accounts and follow up on outstanding issues

Qualifications
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
• 1 to 5 years of experience in customer service or support
