What You’ll Do
You will serve as a key point of contact across multiple customer communication channels. Your role will focus on responding to inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring that customer needs are met with professionalism and care. You will support both internal and external teams with a calm and organized approach.
Responsibilities
• Respond to inquiries about products, orders, and stock availability via phone, email, fax, and social media
• Communicate clearly in both English and French
• Process and verify orders from various sources, including EDI
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity
• Handle complaints professionally and empathetically
• Collaborate with other departments for timely resolutions
• Monitor operational systems and escalate issues as needed
• Identify small process improvements to help customers more effectively
• Assist with general operations and department support
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer support or customer care
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written
• Reliable attendance and a professional, team-focused attitude
• Good time management and interpersonal communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required
• Experience with SAP S4/Hana Public Cloud is an asset
