What You’ll Do
In this hybrid role, you will contribute directly to the financial health of the company by ensuring timely collections, analyzing payment trends, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities
• Drive timely collections to support company cash flow goals
• Analyze customer payment behaviors and recommend improvements
• Review credit applications and evaluate financial stability
• Utilize SAP tools to manage and release orders based on risk and credit status
• Collaborate with the Credit Manager on strategies for delinquent accounts
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly collection forecasts
• Respond promptly to customer and sales team inquiries
• Monitor EFT payments and maintain related records
Qualifications
• At least 2 years of B2B accounts receivable or credit experience
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office
• Experience with SAP is a significant asset
