Bilingual Contracts Specialist & Compliance Analyst

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening compliance frameworks, supporting contract processes, and ensuring operational integrity across multiple business functions. You will gain exposure to cross-functional teams while contributing to high-impact initiatives that support organizational growth and regulatory excellence.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and redline a variety of agreements including NDAs, service agreements, and statements of work
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
Proofread and edit legal documents for clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Monitor tender platforms and support responses to RFP, RFQ, and RFI opportunities
Track amendments and maintain documentation for active tenders
Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to identify gaps
Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve compliance processes
Develop and update internal compliance policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and project management
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a legal, paralegal, or contracts-focused role
Strong experience with contract drafting, review, and redlining
Solid understanding of compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management
Bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
