Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French and English Required)

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will support customers with their home and auto insurance needs in a structured and service-focused environment. You will assist existing policyholders by answering questions, updating policies, and providing professional support through inbound calls and email communication.
This position offers a predictable Monday to Friday schedule with no outbound sales or cold calling expectations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries related to home and auto insurance policies
- Assist customers with policy updates, changes, and account maintenance
- Support billing inquiries and general policy-related questions
- Guide customers through coverage discussions and policy purchases when needed
- Provide professional and empathetic customer service in both French and English
- Accurately document customer interactions and policy information
- Maintain service quality standards and meet established response expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support positive customer outcomes
- Manage fluctuating inbound call volumes during peak and seasonal periods
- Build strong customer relationships through clear and supportive communication
Qualifications
- Active AMF license required
- Strong bilingual French and English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous customer service experience within the insurance industry preferred
- Experience supporting home and auto insurance clients is considered an asset
- Comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Calm, professional, and customer-focused communication style
- Ability to manage high inbound call volumes while maintaining service quality
