What You’ll Do
As a Bilingual EHS Account Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in helping clients manage their accounts, navigate compliance requirements, and make effective use of digital reporting and assessment tools.
Working closely with Account Managers and internal teams, you’ll support a diverse client portfolio, coordinate onboarding and training, maintain accurate information, and help deliver an outstanding client experience.

Responsibilities

Support Account Managers with daily client account coordination and portfolio administration.

Build positive, professional relationships with French-speaking and English-speaking clients.

Maintain accurate client information, account records, and portfolio databases.

Monitor compliance status, identify trends, and provide timely reporting updates.

Coordinate client onboarding, platform demonstrations, and user training.

Respond to client inquiries regarding assessments, reporting, and system functionality.

Process audit reports, record findings, and coordinate report distribution.

Monitor client platform usage and support successful adoption of digital tools.

Collaborate with consultants, business development representatives, and internal stakeholders.

Maintain internal trackers, manage competing priorities, and participate in client meetings.
Qualifications

Fully bilingual in French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Approximately three years of experience in client relations, account coordination, portfolio administration, or a similar client-facing role.

Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Experience with database management, data entry, reporting, and information tracking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client service.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Comfortable learning new technology platforms and supporting clients with system-related questions.

Post-secondary education preferred, ideally in Occupational Health & Safety, environmental studies, business administration, or a related field.

Experience with SharePoint is considered an asset.
Previous experience in EHS, compliance administration, environmental consulting, property management, or technology-enabled client services is an advantage, but not essential.
