Our client, a globally recognized lifestyle and technology brand in the consumer products sector, is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing to join their marketing team. This is an existing vacancy based onsite at our client’s Markham area headquarters, working Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Compensation: $68,000 to $80,000 annually.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will help shape how consumers experience a globally recognized brand across multiple channels. You will lead brand campaigns, support product launches, and partner with sales and product teams to drive engagement and conversion. Your work will combine creative brand storytelling with performance driven marketing insights.
You will gain exposure to strategic initiatives, media partnerships, and data driven campaign optimization while helping strengthen brand presence across retail and digital channels.
Responsibilities
• Support the development and execution of brand strategies across multiple product lines
• Plan and execute omni channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and sales
• Collaborate with sales and product planning teams to prioritize and implement growth initiatives
• Lead or support the coordination of marketing initiatives across internal teams
• Conduct market intelligence research to understand consumer trends, audience segments, and industry developments
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, journalists, and influencers
• Support commercial launch plans for new product releases including campaign development and messaging
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust marketing initiatives using analytics and performance insights
• Manage marketing budgets and prepare monthly performance reports for leadership
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent brand presentation across initiatives
• Evaluate emerging marketing technologies and recommend new tools or platforms when appropriate
• Present insights and campaign results to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Approximately 5 or more years of brand marketing, product marketing, or consumer marketing experience
• Experience planning and executing brand campaigns within consumer goods, retail, lifestyle, or related industries
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present insights clearly
• Experience collaborating with cross functional teams such as sales, product, and marketing
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and optimize campaigns
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience working with marketing analytics or enterprise systems is an asset
• Bilingual English and French preferred, strong English communication required
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast paced environment
• Professional presence when working with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
