Bilingual Field Service Technician (French required)

What You’ll Do
You will deliver expert on-site support for advanced weighing, packaging, and labeling systems. From installations to repairs, you’ll represent our client with professionalism and technical expertise. You’ll also have the chance to grow into a product expert through ongoing training and support.
Responsibilities
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot retail and industrial equipment
• Train customers on proper equipment use and best practices
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Conduct preventative maintenance visits
• Provide remote phone and software support
• Rotate on-call duty for urgent service needs
• Support dealers and service partners with training and escalated issues
Qualifications
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and/or electrical systems
• Computer savvy, with Microsoft Office proficiency
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Self-directed, organized, and dependable
• Willing to travel throughout Quebec, including occasional after-hours work
• Technical diploma or hands-on experience in electronics or machinery is an asset
