Receptionist & Office Administrator (French an asset)

Our client, a real estate investment firm in Toronto, is seeking a full-time Office Administrator who brings professionalism, organization, and a strong sense of responsibility to their work. French language skills are a definite asset, particularly for engaging with investors in Quebec.
What You’ll Do
You will manage front desk responsibilities while supporting a collaborative team of real estate professionals. Your role will focus on office administration, general executive assistance, and basic support for investor relations. You'll contribute to keeping the office running smoothly while providing essential assistance to senior staff.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate internal meetings and external events
• Handle general office logistics, including supplies, phones, internet, IT support, and travel bookings
• Process expense reports and maintain vacation schedules
• Greet visitors, answer calls, manage mail, and support daily office operations
• Maintain document flow using SharePoint and assist with administrative tasks related to investor communication
• Support sponsorship coordination, new employee onboarding tasks, and conference registrations
• Assist senior leadership with ad hoc requests and light executive administrative duties
Qualifications
• 2+ years of office or administrative experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Fluency in English, with French language skills considered a strong asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SharePoint or similar platforms
• Friendly, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Able to multitask and respond quickly to changing priorities
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Benefits
• Competitive salary between $52,000 and $62,000 per year
• Full-time, permanent position with immediate availability
