Our client is currently seeking an experienced and Bilingual Team Lead/Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
As a Team Lead, you will lead a team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success. Your strong communication skills will be vital in assisting the team with daily tasks, and your proactive planning will contribute to the seamless collaboration of the team. Serving as a role model, you will inspire the team to achieve their goals.
- Train and onboard new team members.
- Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and training.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Ensure the achievement of individual and team goals.
- Assess and review individual performance.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, proficiency in English and French, and a background in the Financial/Benefits/Pension sector.
