Bilingual Territory Sales Manager (French required)

Our client is hiring a Bilingual Territory Sales Manager to serve customers across Eastern Ontario and Quebec in the sanitary process equipment industry. This is a remote role best suited for candidates located in Eastern Ontario.

What You’ll Do
You will act as a reliable partner to clients in sectors such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotech. Your responsibilities will include managing sales activities in your region, supporting customer needs with technical expertise, and contributing to a structured sales process focused on consistency and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
• Manage and expand client relationships across Eastern Ontario and Quebec
• Provide dependable technical support to customers
• Coordinate with the inside sales team to maintain seamless operations
• Track and meet annual sales targets
• Offer solutions tailored to client needs with professionalism and care
• Monitor industry trends and continue professional training
• Identify new opportunities for product and service offerings
• Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Manager on broader sales efforts

Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in sanitary process equipment or technical sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field preferred
• Strong planning, communication, and client relationship skills
• Capable of managing your territory independently while staying team-focused
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is required
• Fully bilingual in English and French, spoken and written
