Introduction

Our client is looking for a Bilingual Territory Sales Manager to support customers across Eastern Canada. This full-time, permanent role is remote and best suited for candidates in the eastern part of Ontario.
What You’ll Do
You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients in industries like food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and biotech. Your role involves nurturing existing customer relationships, managing regional sales activities, and offering technical support for premium process solutions.
Responsibilities

Manage and grow business across Eastern Ontario, and Quebec

Build lasting relationships with clients through reliable technical support

Oversee workloads with the inside sales team to ensure smooth operations

Meet annual sales targets and maintain accurate budget planning

Support and service customers with best-in-class professionalism

Identify potential for new products and services based on customer needs

Stay current with industry trends and participate in ongoing training

Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales Manager on other sales initiatives
Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in sanitary industrial process equipment or technical product sales

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred, or a related technical discipline

Proven organizational, planning, and customer relationship skills

Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle required
Benefits

Base salary between $80,000 and $100,000 annually
