Introduction
Our client is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to join a growing team serving the signage, graphics, and print solutions market. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building new business, managing a territory, and helping customers grow through consultative sales.

This is an existing vacancy with immediate availability. The position is field-based and supports clients across a defined territory in Nova Scotia, with flexibility to work remotely when not visiting customers. Compensation ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 base salary with commission potential, approximately $107,000 total on-target earnings, plus a $6,000 annual car allowance paid biweekly.

What You’ll Do
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will take ownership of your territory and build meaningful partnerships with customers who rely on specialized materials, equipment, and solutions for visual communications and print production.

This role combines prospecting, account management, and consultative selling. You will work independently in the field while being supported by a collaborative sales team and strong product expertise.

Responsibilities
• Prospect and develop new customer opportunities within your assigned territory
• Expand relationships and increase revenue with existing accounts
• Deliver consultative sales presentations and identify client needs and growth opportunities
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and log activities in the CRM system
• Develop strong knowledge of the organization’s full portfolio of products and solutions
• Plan territory travel and conduct regular in-person customer visits
• Share insights and best practices with teammates to support overall team success
• Manage travel and sales expenses responsibly and within company guidelines
• Stay current on new products, marketing initiatives, and industry trends
• Drive consistent territory revenue growth and expand market share

Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in territory or field sales
• Strong prospecting ability and a proactive sales mindset
• Ability to manage a sales territory independently while maintaining strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with CRM systems for pipeline and activity management
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory
