Job Title: Order Management Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to inquiries and issues.
- Enter and verify customer orders for parts and equipment in our ERP system, ensuring accuracy of costing information.
- Generate and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Verify shipments and update inventory records accurately and promptly.
- Maintain order schedules and other relevant information in the ERP system.
- Monitor and respond to shared email boxes in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with retention policies for supporting documentation such as invoices and purchase orders.
- Assist with master file maintenance for new parts.
- Offer support to other operational roles as needed.
- Prepare and deliver reports and analyses as required.
- Uphold and promote the company’s operational values and goals.
- Participate in training and team activities to contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager or designated supervisor, with flexibility for reasonable changes in duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with ERP systems, JD Edwards preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Outlook and other software programs.
- Ability to adapt to and perform well in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and fostering positive team and inter-departmental relations.
- High school diploma or equivalent
