Work Model & Travel Expectations

Hybrid Work Model:

Onboarding/Probation Period: In-office 5 days/week

Post-Probation: Hybrid (3–4 days/week in-office)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time

Travel: Required 9–10 times per year across Canada (3–4 days each, mainly during spring and fall)
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute live national events and webcasts from start to finish

Source venues, coordinate speakers, manage registration, logistics, and on-site support

Drive marketing communications and promotional campaigns for events

Facilitate course delivery and support adult learning program development

Create marketing content including videos and supplier-led webcasts

Support Account Managers and Sales teams with strategic initiatives

Track performance, gather engagement insights, and recommend improvements
Who You Are
-
A self-starter with 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or program coordination

Hold a college or university degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
-
A license/car is needed for some local travel

Open and available to travel across Canada for events

A strong writer and communicator who’s comfortable crafting emails, content, and event materials

Creative, organized, and not afraid to get hands-on—especially during event setups

A team player who takes pride in seeing a project through from concept to completion
