Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (French nice to have)

Our client, a fast-growing distributor in the signage and print industry, is looking for a dynamic Bilingual Inside Sales Representative to join their high-performing team. This hybrid opportunity based near Dartmouth, NS, offers a chance to contribute directly to business expansion, build lasting client relationships, and develop your professional skill set in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment. French is an asset, but not required.
What You’ll Do
You will manage the full sales cycle, from generating leads and entering orders to providing post-sale support. This role is a launchpad for future leadership opportunities, with comprehensive onboarding and a clear path to growth.
Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound sales activities across phone, email, and chat
• Make approximately 50 combined calls per day, with at least 15 outbound
• Upsell and promote exclusive products to drive territory expansion
• Deliver high-level customer support from quote through to follow-up
• Collaborate with sales team and contribute to overall sales strategy
• Maintain accurate records in Infor CSD and HubSpot CRM
• Assist in resolving customer issues and share qualified leads with teammates
• Stay knowledgeable about products, procedures, and company sales systems
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• Post-secondary diploma or degree
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Infor CSD or HubSpot
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a results-driven mindset
• French is an asset but not required
Benefits
• Base salary of $55,000 to $60,000 plus commissions of approximately $4,000 to $6,000 annually (commissions begin after 6 months)
• Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote (Wednesday)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Benefits after 90 days
