Sales Representative (French required)

What You’ll Do
You’ll be at the heart of a collaborative inside sales team, handling both inbound and outbound calls to drive revenue, nurture customer relationships, and promote an impressive catalog of signage products. This role offers a clear runway for advancement, with potential to move into management as current leadership plans for retirement.
Responsibilities
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
• Handle approximately 50 customer interactions per day, including calls and chat
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Promote CORE products and generate leads for specialized teams
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools like Infor CSD and HubSpot
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity
• Occasionally meet with customers in person (with manager approval)
• Collaborate with sales leadership on strategy and reporting
Qualifications
• Post-secondary degree or diploma
• At least 2 years of sales experience
• At least 1 year of leadership experience, with ambition to grow into a management role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and technologies
Benefits
• Salary range: $55,000 to $65,000
• Approximate commission: $4,000 to $6,000 annually (starts after 6 months)
• Hybrid schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day work-from-home (Wednesdays)
• 2 weeks vacation, plus 4 sick days and 1 personal day
