Bilingual Sales Representative (French Required)

What You’ll Do
You will be part of a fast-paced and supportive sales team, managing both inbound and outbound calls. You’ll build strong relationships with clients, promote a diverse product catalog, and directly contribute to revenue growth. With leadership transition on the horizon, this role comes with real potential to step into management.
Responsibilities
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close
• Handle approximately 50 customer interactions daily via phone and online chat
• Develop and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships
• Promote high-demand products and identify leads for specialized teams
• Record all activity using CRM tools such as Infor CSD and HubSpot
• Monitor industry developments and competitor trends
• Attend occasional client meetings with manager approval
• Support sales strategy and performance tracking with leadership
Qualifications
• Post-secondary education
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• At least 1 year of leadership experience or clear ambition to grow into a management role
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized and confident managing multiple priorities
• Quick to adapt and eager to learn new platforms and tools
Benefits
• Salary of $55,000 to $60,000
• Annual commission potential of $4,000 to $6,000 (starting after 6 months)
• Hybrid work schedule: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote (Wednesdays)
