Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate import/export shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams to manage logistics processes
- Prepare and review shipping documents to comply with regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Track shipments and update stakeholders as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, export, and customer service
- Bilingual in English and French (French is an asset)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Mississauga
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
