We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner to support our store operations. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you’ll provide strategic HR support, coach store managers, and drive employee engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Advise store managers on HR best practices, employee relations, and compliance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.
- Lead change management initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Provide leadership coaching and drive HR initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Experience as an HR Business Partner (preferably in retail or multi-site operations).
- Strong problem-solving, mediation, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Ontario labor laws and HR compliance.
- Ability to travel up to 20% locally
- Bilingual (English & French) is an asset.
