Responsibilities
• Assist in the production of paint products by following established work procedures
• Operate a variety of equipment to fulfill product specifications
• Help coordinate production tasks and schedules with team members
• Perform quality checks and record results throughout the day
• Maintain and clean production equipment
• Contribute to a safe and orderly workspace
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting is an asset
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform medium to heavy physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Good communication and math skills
• Excellent reliability and attendance history
• Postsecondary education is preferred
• Experience with paint industry equipment is an added advantage
