What You’ll Do

Responsibilities

Follow detailed instructions to support the production of paint products

Operate a variety of production equipment to meet formulation needs

Coordinate with colleagues to optimize daily production scheduling

Conduct in-process product testing and maintain accurate records

Perform daily maintenance on production equipment

Help maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications

Previous production experience is an asset

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically active tasks

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy

Good communication skills, math ability, and numerical understanding
